  • Power nap time or bedtime, this sleep story is set on a summer's day in a seaside town. As there is no alarm, you may wish to set one before your nap, or you may even listen to this story at night. In this story, you find yourself in a garden as your dog sleeps in the grass beneath the afternoon sun. Storm clouds roll in and the humidity breaks. You hurry to the porch with fresh mint and your pup in tow. Together, you take a nap on a porch swing as the rain patters on the roof. It's time to dream away.

michelles sanctuary is a life saver

michelles sanctuary is the best nap and sleep story Channel I have ever heard. I wake up refreshed and her voice is so calm and relaxing. my anxiety vanishes during her brief breathing exercises at the beginning of every episode. They are very helpful. Her stories are so lovely but bc she's so good at reading me to sleep with her silky velvety voice I never get to hear them all!! I personally love putting on Michelles Sanctuary for naps and I'm sure u will too !!
