Acerca de esta escucha

A weekly mini podcast detailing my experiences as a QA professional working in videogames, with both autism and ADHD. Each week I'll be discussing some neurodivergent-related topic followed by a games quality topic (which I always cover in exactly 500 words... mostly). These are based on my own experiences and opinions, research, discussions with other professionals and neurospicy individuals, and are intended to provide insight, guidance, thought provoking ideas and a little bit of venting for me!David Jenkins Ciencia Ficción

    Jun 16 2025

Today I'm celebrating Father's Day (albeint a little late) with some insights into my own experiences as a dad, a little window into how my diagnosis came about, and what it's liking bringing a new life into the world... of game quality.

    Jun 2 2025

    Happy Pride Month!

This week I'm talking a bit more about how the language we use can further the cause of marginalisation within the neurodivergent community, and about bug workflows (no link, just two hopefully useful topics).

I leave you with an additional thought: if your argument against EDI is that you're afraid someone will take your job because they're part of a margianalised community, then what you're really saying is that you don't think you're very good at your job and only got it because you're NOT part of that community. Have fun unravelling that!
