I know this will go unnoticed, but for me the difference between this and office ladies is office ladies goes behind the scenes more it's like this podcast just covers the plot of the episode and maybe a story or two. too formuliac too constricted. do more behind the scenes don't have a time limit as long as it's not 4 hours long. if the retention rate drops it's not the length of the pod. liked rob and Alan like Jim and Craig

Obviously Rob and Jim are awesome and give great stories about being cast members but Alan Yang and Greg Levine, two of the writers, go into a lot of detail about what it's like to be part of an incredibly talented and fun loving writer's room.

Must listen for aspiring screen writers.
