After a rollercoaster four-game road trip, the Edmonton Oilers are back at Rogers Place to kick off a four-game homestand against the Utah Hockey Club. The Edmonton Oilers turned their road trip around in a huge way, picking up a massive four points over the weekend with back-to-back wins against the New York Islanders and New York Rangers.

It all started Friday night with a thrilling 2-1 OT victory over the Islanders, powered by Leon Draisaitl's late-game heroics. He scored both goals, including the overtime winner, bringing him to 49 goals on the season. Calvin Pickard was rock solid between the pipes, standing tall in a game where the Oilers struggled to generate consistent offense but got the job done when it mattered most.

The road trip finale came Sunday night at Madison Square Garden, where the Oilers delivered a statement 3-1 win over the Rangers. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins silenced his critics with a three-point night, while Viktor Arvidsson and Connor McDavid sealed the game with clutch third-period goals.
