• Activity: CREATE! Paint, draw, sing, dance, color, cook, play an instrument. It doesn’t have to be “good” just let it be. Be childlike and have a little fun.
• Journal prompt: Write a list of 5 dreams in these areas of your life: Health, Spiritual, Career, Possessions, Relationship. Dream big and be very specific!
• Primary Question: What is calling to be created through me? How can I surrender to the flow?
