My Right Hand Man

Asking for help doesn't make you less than it makes you Hu-Man. It's important to be able to ask for help and support when needed. This episode discusses how a person can be supportive to their spouse as I candidly talk with my husband about his experience being my support system and my support person. It is my hope that you feel included in the conversation as if you were in the room with us during the recording. There will be various tips to help you enhance and or improve your ability to be a support system for someone else and empower you to be able to ask and receive support.
