Context:

While you're happy to be carrying life—and his baby—the uncertainty of his reaction weighs heavily on you. Is it even the right time to bring a child into the world amidst an ongoing war?

He needs to know, though, that there are now two of you eagerly awaiting his return. You decide to write him another letter, even though he seems never to have received the ones you've already sent. All you can do is hope that a miracle will allow this one to reach him.
