  • This is like a podcast version of a bowl of Muesli, where everything is included. From a young lady, who is "of the larger size in the sauna", advising others who were considerably slimmer than her, telling them it was hot to help people lose weight.

    Then on to the Super Bowl, with Chris advising us all about his nightly ablutions. and this was the only reason he saw the final, as he had to get up to visit the loo.

    Then we even ventured onto the Six Nations, so you see what we mean when we say it is like a bowl of Muesli.
