I kept hoping that, based on the ironic tone of the narrator's voice, that it would all turn out to be a hoax or mistake. Not so!

The Shocking True Story

This was a sad tale of a woman with issues who had people around her dropping like flies. Including her own kids. Truth is stranger than fiction and she was able to fool many, but not all for a time. Chilling and thrilling. This is a Dateline show.

I'd been following this story in bits and pieces on the news, so I decided to listen to this podcast. There was a lot of information that I hadn't heard before. Dateline NBC did a nice job with it.
