Meet Ella Slack - the 'Rehearsal Queen'

You never know you who might meet when attending events on the Isle of Man. At this morning's 2nd Proclamation Ceremony of King Charles II as Lord of Mann in St John's, Beth Espey met Ella Slack - the woman who has been 'standing in' for Queen Elizabeth II for more than 30 years.
