  • You may have heard of Tupelo, a pretty famous guy named Elvis Presley was born there. Luckily for me, he happened to be in Oxford a couple weeks ago for business and Matt was kind enough to take the time to drop by the studio for a quick chat. Then we ran into each other again by accident the next day in the Memphis airport.

    We talk about how we were first introduced to skateboarding and punk music in Mississippi, about what it takes to grow and maintain a community of likeminded individuals, Piggly Wiggly magazine racks, cigarettes, and lots more. We also talk about the upcoming Change Tupelo Festival which is a two-day community event showcasing and celebrating the vibrant DIY art, music, and skate culture of the streets.
