Rachel shares why trusting your gut is so important, even if you don't want to know the outcomes. • BONUS EPISODE: A Conversation with Rachel Oslund - PART 1
    Mar 22 2025

    Send us a text

In this first of 2 episodes, the gang sits down to chat with Rachel Oslund, owner of LodeStar Inspection Services. Pete, Megan, and John have known Rachel for years and knew she’d be a great guest. They figured they'd talk to her for 20 minutes or so about how she started her business, what sets her company apart from others, and why she loves Maryland. She delivered, as expected, but she provided so much more!
Rather than just a simple conversation with a local business woman, Rachel provided a meditation on authenticity and the importance of human connections. She also pulled back the curtain and shared a no holds barred and deeply personal account of her life - her struggles, successes, challenges, and triumphs.
The gang decided that there is just too much good and important stuff here to fit into a 20-30 minute podcast episode. So rather than cut any of it out, they decided to split it in two!
So sit back and enjoy this fun, upbeat, yet very compelling episode with Rachel Oslund, and stay tuned for part two next week.
