    This week on the Mark Levin Show, Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University terrorist sympathizer, was detained by federal immigration officials. However, an Obama-appointed judge stepped in to rescue this non-student, green-card-holding activist, who supports overseas terrorist organizations and shouldn’t even be on Columbia’s campus—or in the U.S.—given his actions and affiliations. Khalil leads Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD), a radical group that backs terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah. The House passed a continuing resolution that proposes slashing non-defense spending by $13 billion while aiming to avert a government shutdown. Representative Thomas Massie voted against it, he should recognize the importance of prudence in deciding when to vote "yes" or "no." The bill has advanced to the Senate, where Sen Lisa Murkowski will most likely oppose it, most likely due to her ties to the teachers' union. Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an 'unlawful' President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling. Also, Israel is facing an attempted coup by its deep state with the former head of Shin Bet threatening to expose private information about Benjamin Netanyahu if he fires the current Shin Bet chief, Ronen Bar, over Bar's failure to prevent the October 7 Hamas attack.     On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, 10 Senate Democrats joined Republicans in support of keeping the government open, with 38 Democrats, voting for a filibuster, ultimately supporting a shutdown. The Continuing Resolution (CR) will now pass with a simple majority. The media, anticipating a shutdown, was ready to criticize the Republicans for clicks but is now frustrated at Sen Chuck Schumer. Had the government shut down, Democrats would have faced a difficult situation: President Trump and DOGE could have used the opportunity to cut non-essential employees and agencies, with budget law allowing these reductions to be self-identified. Also, Democrats consistently label Republicans as extreme, which is as a lie and a manipulative tactic. This misrepresentation, particularly regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, is intended to confuse and mislead the American public rather than provide factual information. The left employs these tactics to manipulate perception and advance its political agenda. Later, the Attorney for Mahmoud Khalil argues that his case is a free speech issue. This case has absolutely nothing to do with free speech, this is an immigration issue. Democrats are attempting to establish a non-existent legal standard for green card holders. What is driving the protests at Columbia University? The institution has a longstanding presence of Marxist-leaning faculty, fostering a blend of Islamist and Marxist ideologies. They reject the principles of academic freedom, favoring coercion over open debate. Finally, Charlie Gasparino calls in to explain that that during President Biden’s last months in office, his administration allegedly spent between $250 billion and $300 billion on unnecessary expenditures, intended to stimulate the economy to get Kamala Harris elected.     On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Chuck Schumer reverses course in the face of massive public condemnation and says he will not vote for a government shutdown. Now, all those Senate Democrats who said they must shutdown the government to save the government, and all the House Democrats who actually voted against the bill, look as pathetic and dishonest as they come. A complete political and PR disaster, and deservedly so. This 11th hour, sudden course reversal fools no one. The Democrat leadership and their lapdogs were against the bill, then for the bill, and now they're all over the place. Also, Israel is facing an attempted coup by its deep state with the former head of Shin Bet threatening to expose private information about Benjamin Netanyahu if he fires the current Shin Bet chief, Ronen Bar, over Bar's failure to prevent the October 7 Hamas attack. Later, Jewish Voice for Peace protestors reportedly flooded into Trump Tower, which the media are calling a Jewish group, is a horrendous anti-Jewish organization. The notoriously antisemitic and anti-Israel Jewish Voice for Peace is a radical left/Marxist organization that seeks the elimination of the state of Israel and is a major force behind the BDS movement. It has received funding from, among others, George Soros. Today, it is insisting on the return of the alien who was among the leaders of the riotous events at Columbia University on behalf of Hamas. Alan Dershowitz calls in to discuss Jewish Voice for Peace’s ties to anti-Zionism and terrorism and the radicalization of Mahmoud Khalil. Finally, a judge has ruled that thousands of fired federal workers must be immediately rehired. Professor John Yoo calls in to explain that this ruling constitutes an unwarranted and illegal overreach by the judge. They do so because they want higher inflation and more massive debt. They are prepared to stop funding Medicaid, food stamps, children's lunch programs, etc., at the direction of their radical leftwing base! They don’t want to cut anything - they want to add - more billions out the door to their radical left-wing groups. The Democrat Party represents Washington D.C. and the massive bureaucracy. Later, Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an 'unlawful' President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling. Also, suppressing the free speech, academic freedom, mobility, and education of others (Jewish students) through threats, intimidation, violence, organized mobs, barriers, face-coverings, chants of annihilation, bullhorns, trespassing, graffiti on public buildings, etc. is not, and never has been a protected 1st amendment right. And if you’ve helped organize any part of this, you’re obviously complicit. Mahmoud Khalil is a Hamas-supporting thug and should be deported. There’s precedent for the Trump lawyers dealing with the Hamas-Nazi rioters and other "protesters," but this was used against Jews living in Judea and Samaria, who had not threatened anyone in their own country let alone in the U.S., and none of these phony 1st amendment frauds said a damn thing.     On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the House passed a continuing resolution that proposes slashing non-defense spending by $13 billion while aiming to avert a government shutdown. Representative Thomas Massie voted against it, he should recognize the importance of prudence in deciding when to vote "yes" or "no." The bill has advanced to the Senate, where Sen Lisa Murkowski will most likely oppose it, most likely due to her ties to the teachers' union. Also, this is a liberation day for education; the Department of Education announced a reduction in workforce by almost half following a closure notice. Ronald Reagan tried to slash the size of the Education Department, but Senate Republicans blocked him. The Department is utterly unnecessary, was the brainchild of the teachers' unions and the Democrat Party, and has done nothing effective to improve education throughout our country. Better to block grant funds to the states, run the Pell Grant program and other such statutorily based programs out of a much smaller entity, and promote school choice for America's parents and children. Finally, the Democrat party, the Democrat activist judges, the Democrat media and the Hitler youth are coming to the defense of Mahmoud Khalil. His activist group, CUAD perceives itself as a “revolutionary force working toward the destruction of the United States and Israel.” It sounds exactly like Hamas’ mission statement. The Associated Press is attempting to portray him as a victim, but he’s far from it. Has he ever spoken out against the slaughter of minorities in Syria? Later, why is the U.S. dealing with Qatar? It’s about time the media asked: Who does Qatar influence? Who’s receiving their money? Qatar is the enemy and it’s at the center of a massive scandal in which it has bought off media, politicians, think tanks, law firms, lobbyists and businessmen. It all must be exposed. Additionally, Eric Trump joins the program to discuss his lawsuit against Capital One for cutting ties with the Trump Organization in 2021. He argues the decision was solely based on the Trump name and pledges to hold the bank accountable. Also, a study reveals Medicaid made $1.1 trillion in improper payments over the past decade. Democrats aim for one-party rule and may shut down the government as a tactical move to win a larger political war. Rather than protecting citizens, they seek to exploit people and their jobs. Finally, It’s unsurprising that Mark believes the U.S. shouldn’t negotiate with terrorists, as they follow no rules and don’t wage war like a traditional army.     This week on the Mark Levin Show, Sen. Chris Murphy and other Democrats met with Ukrainian President Zelensky before his meeting with Trump, urging him not to sign the minerals deal. The Democrats advised Zelensky to prioritize security arrangements. The Democrats' actions undermined Trump's deal, and Zelensky was foolish enough to go along with it. President Zelensky is playing into Putin's hands! He needs to suck it up, apologize to President Trump and do what's right for his country and sign that minerals deal. It benefits the Ukrainian people with U.S. capital investment, the presence of untold numbers of American businesses and citizens, the gradual re-building of the Ukrainian infrastructure, and the American national security interests that flow from it, etc. Russia and China would be furious with such a deal as the United States will acquire much-needed rare earth minerals. China’s out there trying to grab Taiwan, islands from the Philippines and Japan, and claiming the South China Sea like it’s their backyard—teaming up with Russia and cozying up to Iran and Saudi Arabia with the world’s biggest navy. President Trump delivered an exceptional, historic speech that was intriguing, motivating, exciting, and funny, outshining many other speeches. The Democrats’ disgraceful behavior—like not applauding a 13-year-old boy with brain cancer honored by the Secret Service—shows they’re disgraceful and unfit to run anything. Also, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Trump’s attempt to freeze foreign aid is a disgraceful ruling, exposing Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s clear contempt for him. The Democrats and the DC ruling class want us to hate those who are cutting waste, fraud, and abuse, and they want us to hate the cutting of waste, fraud, and abuse. But we don't hate them, and we don't hate the cutting. The Democrats and the ruling class need to go on a diet and try to live $6.5 trillion in federal spending. It’s only half-a-trillion more than it was two years ago, when we seemed to get by ok. But believe the Democrats and the DC ruling class. They've never lied to us before. So what if the GAO says $250 - $500 billion is blown every single year. We, the people, exist to fund this government, to serve this government, and keep our mouths shut.
