As a young professional Kerri had no desire to be in management,  but destiny called, and she responded to her Teams need.  An executive leader in healthcare and a lifelong student of leadership and service, her passion for patient care and developing Teams has provided her with many opportunities to impact lives at every level of the organizations she has been part of.  Her passion is patient care and she finds the greatest satisfaction is facilitating change and enabling the success of her Teams.  Leadership isn't easy according to Kerri, but if you truly focus on others,,you would be hard pressed to find anything more satisfying!
