  • As a nurse practitioner, Dr. Schreiner has primarily practiced in pediatric/adolescent health and has specialized in the mental health care of children and adolescents. Dr. Schreiner continues her passion for education via her teaching and mentoring for nurse practitioner students from around the country and currently guest lectures at UCLA’s School of Nursing where she teaches on Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health for the Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner students. Dr. Schreiner wrote the “Eating Disorder in Children and Adolescent” chapter for the Behavioral Pediatric Healthcare for Nurse Practitioners textbook and has focused much of her professional career on the care of child, adolescent, and adult patients with eating disorders.
