So I learned a few things as we are preparing my books for Audio versions. It is taking a lot more work than we had expected. For that reason we will have to pause on the episodes  for the books until the audiobook production is complete. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We hope that you enjoy the series so far. 

“Friends will take you, but not bring you back.” Growing up in a Trini home these words are drilled into your head. At least that was my experience. I remember the first time my mom said those words to me, and I didn’t understand. As I got older, these words became pearls to me and today as I look out onto the world, I see these words ring true. Do we really know the people we call our friends. Did we ignore the first signs of betrayal, because well “that’s my bestie.” We tend to turn a blind eye to the people who we love, refusing to believe and accept the worst about them.

I am guilty of hoarding content. I had this interview since last year, but as I revamped my company, I placed a lot to the side. Today I am happy to release this interview as we wait for the next episode of Broken which will come out of production by Tuesday. Hope you enjoy.

Some updates will be made to the Broken schedule and all future storytime postings. We will post Monday - Friday between 12 noon/ 5 p.m. Broken has a different layout. There was a lot of experimenting with this book, which means the chapters are more extended. For example, Endurance's chapters ran up to 20 mins or less. Broken is about three times longer. The pros and cons its excellent for kicking back and relaxing for an hour, but it takes a little more work on our end with editing and production. Overall, we don't mind. We are working to be more efficient so there will be a few days' breaks before we release episode 6.  In the meantime, you will also be able to watch the episodes on our youtube channel Books Tea and Drama. It will be an audio/visual storytelling that we are working hard on.  Okay enough about us in today's episode !!!

Mei's guard is up where Renee is concerned. Max just wants his family together under one roof. Makayla and Tamarius makeup and it is hot, so warning.  Cressida sacrifices her safety to help catch a killer. Maxwell is not having it.

In today's episode, Max and Mei spend their first night apart...Uriel wasn't having it. Makayla gets attacked by the demon that's been stalking her most of her relationship life. The evil creature says something strange to Makayla causing her to look at Tamarius differently. Maxwell is being shoved to the back burner by Cressida, as her fears of relationships set in.
