She started in finance on the sharp end of investment decisions but after 10 years decided to switch focus. From then on she was involved in leadership development, working with 10 of the top 20 business schools, including Chicago Booth, Weill Cornell, London Business School etc. She spends most of her time now coaching executives and their teams particulalry when they face knotty problems. She's a great believer in using both analysis and intuition, believing that everyone should bring intuition to their analyses and data to their intuitions.
