You wanna live, but what that actually looks like scares the shit out of you. This episode is the slap in the face that you need, the wake up call that can shift the gears from mentally looping to anchoring in to a grounded and productive pace. Whether you have cancer or not, you should listen to this because I feel that everybody could use a slap in the face, not just those who are sick.
