I AM

Do you say I am? Can you say: - I am (your name) - I am an expert - I am confident - I am intelligent - I am successful How do those statements feel to you? For many of my clients, saying even I am ahead of words to describe themselves could seem overwhelming. When you say "I am ..." your audience will believe you. But more importantly, you may begin to believe it. I truly believe in the power of starting a sentence with I am and in this episode I share an exercise for how you can embrace this little shift into your daily habits to see massive shifts in how you show up!
