Let’s talk healing! I mean real, raw, vulnerable and intentional AF healing.
Often times I see a lot of new entrepreneurs, practicing affirmations, journaling, using the sticky note method to speak positivity into their lives around the clock and while this is great, it doesn’t mean shit if you don’t heal.
You can’t outwork a dysregulated nervous system no matter how hard you try. So heal the shit and then utilize the tools.
How do we do this? Let’s first discuss what a dysregulated nervous system is and how it can show up. Then I’ll walk you through a few ways that’ll help regulate that nervous system and get you back into homeostasis so you can operate at your highest potential.
