Hero Carolyn Bittner - Labor and Delivery Nurse

Carolyn has been a registered nurse for the last 30 plus years. For the first few years of her career she worked on a medical-surgical unit, and for the last 30 years, she has been in labor and delivery at St Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson NY. She enjoys traveling, spending time by the water, doing things outdoors and RVing. Carolyn and her husband hope to travel cross country next year when she retires. The most important thing in her life though is her family. She is blessed with 3 awesome kids and 6 beautiful grandkids. Between her nursing career and her family, life is very busy these days.
