In the first hour of the show, Mike Shine of the Texas Restaurant Association Greater Houston Chapter breaks down why so many Houston restaurants are struggling, and Thomas Bille of the Houston-area restaurant Belly of the Beast tells us about winning a 2025 James Beard Award.

Then, in the second hour, we hear from Houston City Council Member Edward Pollard, who discusses a new ordinance requiring nightclubs to post their dress code rules at the front entrance.
