In the first hour of the show, we talk with Harris County Commissioner for Precinct 3 Tom Ramsey, who discusses the major funding shortfall in Harris County’s 2018 flood bond, and Houston-based artist Sarah Sudhoff, and the Health Museum’s Becky Seabrook talk to us about the museum’s "77 Minutes" exhibition.
