Our guest this week is a Divine Soul who is on a mission to make real her very BIG dream. A dream that is very deserving and life changing for many. Anjali Woodford is co-founder of Gold Coast Woman's Health Networking Page & group.

She has sat with us previously and shared her Awakening journey. We have shared the link to that episode below. Today follows on in a sense from that episode as Anjali shares what it means to hold space, breathe and resist the temptation to engage in reactive behaviour when challenged.

We have all been there - the trigger for someone, or been triggered by someone....it's a big moment in the moment to choose either to engage or not, be reactive or not and at what level...so many outcomes are possible...big!

The stakes are even higher when the learning opportunity is woven within a public event.
