Today's episode is all about getting free. When we experience overwhelm in the moment, our bodies move what we can't process down into latency. These latency "closets" store things for us until we can process and integrate them. The problem is, the more we have in our closets, the more our body is living in the past. When our bodies are in the past, it's challenging to come out of survival mode, be present, relax, and create our lives.
