GOD'S WILL IN MARRIAGE | LOVE & ARRANGED MARRIAGE | APOSTLE VINAY KUMAR | ANAND AMOS | EPISODE 1

  • Resumen

  • If God has a plan for marriage, then He surely has a plan for whom you are meant to marry. However, He does not force anyone to follow His will. This means a person can choose to reject or overlook God's plan, entering into a marriage that may not align with His desire. This podcast highlights that what matters most isn’t how God brings two people together, but rather that it is His guidance that has united them. Whether we meet through parents, friends, or by our own paths, the key is to ensure the relationship aligns with God’s choice for us. Unhealthy teachings about marriage can be harmful, causing distrust and framing God as a tyrant, making it hard to fully commit. Marriage is, in fact, a personal choice, as even Paul mentioned. He affirmed the right to marry, choosing to remain single himself. The choice is ours to make. Yet, if marriage is your desire, trust that God will not withhold it. Just as Jesus pursued His bride with unwavering commitment, even to the point of sacrifice, God values marriage and desires it for you as well. With this understanding, approach prayer differently, confidently knowing that marriage is part of His will for you. Marriage is more than a promise to one another; it is a sacred vow before God. When you say, “for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer,” you’re not just speaking to your spouse—you’re making a covenant with the Lord. Above all, marriage should aim to glorify God. A Christ-centered marriage is marked by forgiveness. No matter how difficult it may be, we are called to forgive our spouse fully and wholeheartedly.
