After a trip to check out universities and starting the admissions process to enroll into medical school, Albert and Charles end up in Walnut Grove. Where, once again, the area is having to work through another economic crisis. This visit home is great if it wasn't for these pesky nose bleeds that have started to become more frequent in Albert's life. However, the nose bleeds are an indication that something wicked this way comes for Albert and nothing will be able to help him. This is not the the visit home anyone expected.
