  • Soulbachi Food Truck was started during the Quarantine of 2020 as Soulbachi Saturdays, consisting of small gatherings of close family and friends . It was originally called "Hibachi Saturdays" until a close family friend, (shout out to Mike), came up with Soulbachi.  The goal of stimulating economic growth and inspiring youth to pursue entrepreneurship has kept their company growing beyond North Carolina. https://www.soulbachi.com/
