    Show Notes:
What do we do when we are irritated with everyone and everything? Is this a nervous system response? And can frustration and irritation actually help move us forward?

Our first experience with these uncomfortable emotions often isn’t the best experience and this can lead to us shutting them down further or trying to continuously avoid them. We may have been lead to believe that we shouldn’t show them or talk about them. The truth is though, that if we’re honest about our human experience, we’re going to come across these emotions. The goal is not to avoid, but to learn enough about our body to understand what we need during these moments.

It’s never too early or too late to start to get curious about your body and what you feel. This session will help give you some insight on things that may be supportive as you experience the uncomfortable…and hopefully even help you see that sometimes it’s the key to being able to take a step forward.
