Episode 42: Audrée Dufresne (A.T.H.E.N.A Program Head Coach)

Audrée Dufresne is an Athletic Therapist and a reservist in the CAF. She is also the head coach for the @athenaprogram. This online training program is the first of its kind for female veterans in Canada and it is completely subsidized by Veterans Affairs Canada and The Quebec Veterans Foundation.
In this episode, we talk about Audrée’s athletic background, how she ended up in the CAF, and how she joined forces with @davemorrowpt for the A.T.H.E.N.A Program.
