Great Work. Flawed Conclusion.

Great work, but flawed conclusion. The judge limiting the scope of the second trial to help secure a conviction is enough to make everything else moot. It is the prosecutor's job to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge's job isn't moving goalposts when prosecutors fail. The system is meant to keep innocent people out of prison and not to maximize the amount of people who are put into prison. It is better for criminals to get away than for the innocent to be punished. That being said... they are guilty AF 😂
