This is one of the most influential podcasts that I’ve listened to recently. Wow !! I love how she recommends that we visualize achieving our goals with Mel next to us. Literally visualize in our minds her cheering us on and giving the gem of this podcast. I have learned a lot. Whoa. I’ll listen over and over and over. 100+ times. I’ll memorize it. Woo hoo!! I’m inspired.

The way to step forward, not leap

I really like this approach. Mel is friendly but serious about what is required to move forward.
