Episode 12: The Big Chop

In this episode Tiyawni Byfield and Stacey Corbin have an in-depth conversation about their decision to do the BIG CHOP. This episode explores the cultural and mental health components as well as the self-esteem and self-actualization associated with chopping off all their hair and starting over. Both Tiyawni and Stacey are board members and moderators of the Southeastern CT Naturalistas, a support group for black women to support their natural hair journey.
