Haunting
Although I’ve read about techs AIDS pandemic and saw a number of documentaries, this series remains compelling and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Fascinating
Incredibly interesting to hear firsthand from the people who dealt with the AIDS epidemic as it unfolded. The parallels to our recent pandemic experience make this all the more relevant.

Really enjoyed it, learned a lot.
I enjoyed the delivery, and the information is great. I'm in my 40's, so I remember some of this, but most of it was new to me.

Excellent
I was a 21 yr old wife just married living in San Francisco when aids hit. I knew right away that I wanted to find a way to help. I went to college and became a social worker and worked with hiv positive people on the streets, in prisons, in rural areas in major cities. I loved my career. I am grateful for one issue with covid. That it’s brought attention back to the hiv epidemic, which I think has been dismissed for years. My husband became hiv positive when we were young in sf. Newly married with a new baby. He was saved by the “ cocktail “ and is still working and healthy 37 yrs later. Although we are no longer married and I am retired, aids has been a huge part of our lives.
