I was right there

This is like being read to as a child… the best of giving over completely to a story where you are there. Antoni’s voice is so soothing and trustworthy. I haven’t felt this way in decades. I was quite anxious yet tired and didn’t think I’d be able to relax… but despite my nerves I let go and was able to sleep. The background sounds take over and are just enough to maintain an environment, but quiet enough to allow me to drift off.

Great sleep inducer

I have used audible as a sleep aid for over a decade. This is a newfound entry in my sleep catalog that I will lean on when I don’t feel like listening to an actual book.
