LeVar Love, principal owner of Rosie Investment Corporation, started flipping houses because he loved real estate. But it turned into much more - community development work in Chicago's South and West Sides. He partners with the city's Department of Housing to create affordable housing and help develop the local workforce. LeVar tells us stories about how his work impacts the community and how transforming abandoned properties into valuable assets benefits local residents.
