Once you realize that something is going on that shouldn’t, What do you do about it? You have acknowledged that something is wrong and think you should do something about it. You bring it to their attention. You go to human resources and find out they aren’t going to help, Your next step is to talk to the employer, That doesn’t work either, now you have to make a decision do you stay or leave? Is your workplace toxic!!!!
