In this exciting 75th transmission, Elan, as channeled by Andrew, discusses and describes some characteristics of the Association of Worlds (presently called the Interstellar Alliance by Bashar through Darryl), including their "motto." He formally invites us "individually" to be "Limited Members" and lays out 5 basic Principles of Conduct, or ways to express ourself in our daily life, that allows us to "activate" and "function AS" a living embodiment of our individual limited membership. In Part 2 of this interaction, we get a rare "Guest Appearance" by the dolphin consciousness, who calls himself Dreamer!
