Performance under stress and in situations of uncertainty, risk, fear and anxiety is a key part of that work. And being able to access high quality rest and sleep is a vital skill - whether or not the day went well.
The following mental skills for sleeping were developed during a disruptive time in Jim’s own life and then used to help him train for his UK freediving record.
He has taught the skills to many high performers since that time.
We hope you find them useful in getting a good night’s sleep.
