    Mar 8 2025

When 31-year-old Megan Drumhiller hugged her parents goodbye in January 2022, no one could have guessed it would be the last time they’d see her. • E260: Aileen Conway
    Mar 1 2025

On a quiet spring morning in 1986, a farmer in Lawton, Oklahoma, noticed a column of smoke rising from a desolate stretch of road. What he found would haunt the town for decades—a car, consumed by flames, welded into the guardrail of a deserted bridge. Inside was the body of 50-year-old Aileen Conway, a devoted wife and mother of seven. At first, authorities believed it was a tragic accident, but unsettling details soon cast doubt.

Why was Aileen driving down that isolated road—a place she was never known to visit? Why was her home left in an eerily disrupted state, with the back door open, the iron still hot, and a full bathtub abandoned? And most chilling of all—was the fire an unfortunate result of the crash, or had someone ensured there would be nothing left to investigate? Join us as we unravel the strange and unsettling case of Aileen Conway—was it a terrible accident, or was someone trying to cover their tracks?

  • E259: The Frog Boys
    Feb 20 2025

On March 26, 1991, a public holiday in South Korea, five boys from Daegu—aged 9 to 13—went missing while searching for salamander eggs near Mount Waryong. After missing their taekwondo lesson, their parents initially searched for them, but eventually reported them missing. Unfortunately, police initially dismissed the boys as runaways. Media attention about the lost boys grew, dubbing them the "Frog Boys," and despite a massive search ordered by the president, no trace was found. Hoax calls and inadequate police efforts frustrated the parents. Eventually the boy's fathers even quit their jobs to search nationwide, eventually suspecting a Korean military cover-up as they were followed by intelligence agents.

In 2002, the skeletal remains of all five boys were found on Mount Waryong, showing bullet casings, blunt force injuries, and possible bullet holes, suggesting foul play. Police mishandled the scene and claimed hypothermia, a theory experts rejected. The nearby military base, linked to the casings, was never searched, fueling more theories of military involvement. No arrests have been made, and various lawsuits against the police have failed. In 2015, the statute of limitations was lifted, leaving the case open for new evidence. The parents, who buried their sons' ashes together, are still seeking justice. What happened to the Daegu Frog Boys?

Love the hosts and the stories!

The hosts have a real connection not only to each story but to each other as well. There is banter but for the most part it is not overdone. They have a real desire for these cold cases to be solved or at least kept in the public eye. A really great podcast worth subscribing to.

Our Favorite True Crime Podcast!

These ladies are awesome. My daughters and I love listening to this podcast. The girls are equally knowledgeable and entertaining. My biggest draw at first was the lack of profanity, which is hard to find with true crime, but now we are true fans of these two well matched friends.
