    Carol is passionate about helping women to achieve both career success and career satisfaction by negotiating in a way that is both personally authentic and culturally compatible. She co-authored two books on the subject - Her Place at the Table which focuses on negotiating at work and Nice Girls Just Don’t Get It which covers negotiating in one’s personal life. Carol speaks internationally with women’s groups to rave reviews. She has been an affiliated faculty member with several universities and her advice has been featured by mainstream media as well as in numerous professional journals.

    A former practicing attorney, Carol says that the most challenging negotiations she conducts are with her husband and adult children!

    Iris is an executive coach, mentor and supervisor accredited by ICF and EMCC. She was President of ICF Greece Chapter in 2022. She has a corporate marketing background and a career spanning over 30 years.

    Iris has a natural passion for producing a new way of thinking that inspires constructive actions to unleash the potential inherent in everyone. During her professional path she has collaborated with diverse individuals and groups across various organisational contexts. She is focused on driving change and developing leaders by using creative strategies to align personal goals. She offers voluntary coaching and supervision to NGO’S worldwide.

    In this episode, Sam’s guest is Melissa Lund.
    Melissa is an image coach, personal stylist and personal shopper working with companies and individuals worldwide. After training at London College of Fashion, she launched her own consultancy in 1992 offering individual and group sessions for men and women.
    She works with clients on impact and impression management, style, colour analysis, wardrobe editing/management and shopping. Her mantra is always look good, feel good, perform well.
    Melissa is also an experienced fashion show stylist and public speaker and believes that credible training is a pre-requisite to being a successful image coach which has led her to start an academy to address the gaps in the market.
    Melissa has won two awards for her work - in 2023 she was voted Best Personal Stylist (Southeast) and in 2024 Best Personal Stylist (London) by SME Magazine.
