Today I am talking to my good friend Ron Sweetman. Ron was my boss years ago before I joined the state worker workforce. He always carried himself in a professional, ethical, and compassionate manner. His influence has stayed with me as an example of how to treat people with empathy and understanding that we are all from different places, but have so much in common.
