Unexpectedly good!

Found the recommendation on reddit recommended by those who like "we're alive". One of my top 10 favorite now!

Cross between doctor who and nightvale

This first episode especially just feels very much like a cross between doctor who and nightvale. I don't know what the one review about cursing God was on about...is it because it involves heavy science and history? But there was definitely not anything really cursing God. As a former Jehovah's witness, it definitely would be fairly acceptable for anyone who also believes in science. Some cigarette usage is mentioned and small amounts of strong language. Overall, probably the equivalent of PG-13.

I would also just make a note of sound quality. The couple on the radio are a little hard to understand. I acknowledge that it might be slightly done on purpose as it is definitely supposed to be an older radio style sound for their characters, however it does make it a struggle to make out some individual words.

Finally, the character introductions were very well done in a first episode. Excited to continue the journey of the midnight burger diner!

4th official time starting completely over.

I couldn't bring myself to listen to the last episode for so long.... I just kept starting the season over. I'm so so so sad it ended. ;( I really need you guys to do a Netflix special!!!!

Creative Chaos

This is the type of science futurism i have been craving. It is unique and keeps a person engaged. I love it!

Like a TV show in my head

Brilliant and hilarious blend of story-telling, nerd stuff, and voice acting. It's easy to feel the chemistry of the cast members. After binging this show over a couple weeks, I felt like I had said goodbye to friends after finishing the last episode of the current season. The scenes and characters where so easy and fun to visualize. Sometimes, my brain would glitch and I would pick up my phone to watch what I was listening to, then I'd remember that its all just voices from my earbuds, penetrating my dumb head.

The great thing is, all the dorky science stuff, wacky plots and subplots, and the delicate way the story slowly interweaves makes it very relisten-able. I think listening to it again will be just as enjoyable because of those factors.
