Channel Open Season 1 Episode 4

In Episode 4, we go inside the mind of officers when dealing with the public. "Why am I being pulled over?" "Why didn't they arrest that guy?" This episode is a bit longer than others, and certainly doesn't cover all topics or scenarios, but we feel it's a good summary of how most officers feel and think in certain situations.
