The Film Partnership of North Carolina is a nonprofit that offers training and PAID internships to state residents who want to put their skills (from carpentry and electrical to makeup and catering) to use on live movie and television sets.

Filmmaker Robert Rippberger and former NFL player Jason Brown are teaming up to launch White Lightning Studio, a 1200+ acre film hub and event center, in North Carolina.
