    On the night of September 28, 2001, law enforcement in Fremont County, CO, had no idea that it would turn out to be the worst night of many of their careers. What started as a routine 911 call escalated into the death of Deputy Jason Schwartz, injuries to other officers, and the critical injury of one. A manhunt started for the Stovall twins, Michael and Joel, who led multiple agencies on a 24-hour chase, but luckily, it ended without any additional serious injuries.
