Ann has been a practicing Psychotherapist for over 29 years. She has a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. Ann is the author of Befriending Your Body: A Self-Compassionate Approach to Freeing Yourself from Disordered Eating, and soon to be released The Awakening Self-Compassion Card Deck: 52 Practices for Self-Care, Healing and Growth will be released in December 2021.
