Acerca de esta escucha

First, the plaintiff rents an apartment from the defendant, the landlord. He says there was a bed bug infestation, and he complained to the defendant, but the defendant claimed the plaintiff brought them in himself. He’s suing for the cost of new furniture. The defendant argues he sent someone to take care of the bed bug problem, but the plaintiff wouldn’t let him in for the follow-up. He plans on evicting the plaintiff anyway because he hasn’t paid rent for six months. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant towed her car and damaged it in the process, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff didn't complain about the damage until weeks later. Plus, the plaintiff says she and the defendant have been neighbors for years. However, the defendant allegedly planted a tree that ended up trapping her in her home, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues a storm caused the issue, not him.
