My mission with Body and Mind Strong is to help you achieve your life, health and fitness goals and maintain long-term success by giving you the proper tools through online health, wellness, and behavioral coaching.

Topics include the body and mind connection, relationship with foods, impact of physical health on mental health and mental health on physical health, nutrition, exercise, relationships, coping skills, strength building, stress management, cause and effect of finances and mental health, and much more.

Renee is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Healthcare Life Coach, business owner, and mamma to a Chocolate Lab fur baby all the while completing her second masters in Business Administration/Finance.
