In our seventh episode, we chat with Kaleem Mogent, a school counselor based in New York. Kaleem is one of the leaders of ASCA's Affinity Group for BIPOC school counselors. Although Kaleem has only been a school counselor for a few years, he has managed to make a huge impact at the school, state and national levels.
